If you would like your order within 2-3 days, please consider using USPS Priority Mail. This does not guarantee delivery within 2-3 days. However, using Priority Mail does greatly improve your chances of delivery within 2-3 business days. The United States Postal Service states that most Priority Mail shipments arrive in 2-3 business days whereas regular ground delivery is estimated to take 4-10 business days depending upon location. We do not have any control over the actual delivery time.
If you are concerned about receiving your order before a particular date, please consider choosing Priority Mail. Standard delivery can be slower during the holiday season.
Some over-sized packages or Priority or Express Mail packages may incur an additional surcharge. You will be notified prior to shipping if this applies to your order.
Shipping fees do not necessarily represent USPS published rates and may include charges levied by the Merchant to cover credit card processing, insurance and handling fees.
Items shipped Free Matter for the Blind do not have shipping insurance. This means that we are not responsible if items are damaged or lost in shipping. To date, we have not had any Free Matter for the Blind orders damaged or lost. If no insurance concerns you, then please order via Standard or Priority Shipping so that your order is insured.

International orders must be made by phone (see below for phone number and phone hours). You may email the details to us, but acceptance of your credit card information must be handled via the phone for security purposes.
