International orders must be made by phone (see below for phone number and phone hours). You may email the details to us, but acceptance of your credit card information must be handled via the phone for security purposes.

Please note that if you pay by credit card, the merchant name on your statement will be "Dynamic Online Enterprises". Dynamic Online Enterprises owns the www.BrailleGifts.com website.

• Phone Orders: Special holiday phone hours: 8 a.m. until 8 p.m. EST Monday through Sunday (231) 269-3049. International orders must be made by phone. A $3.00 phone order charge may apply.


• Cashiers Check or Money Order: If you prefer to pay by cashiers check or money order, you may email us at: info@braillegifts.com to place your order. Checks and money orders must be made payable to: Dynamic Online Enterprises. Once the funds have cleared the bank, your order can then be processed.


• Checks: If you need to make an order and pay by check, money order or cashier check, please contact us at: info@braillegifts.com. Custom embroidery or shipment of your order will not begin until your check, money order or cashier check has cleared the bank (which can take up to 10 days). To avoid this delay, you can pay by credit card.


• Purchase Orders: Certain organizations (such as schools and other non-profit organizations) may purchase items via a purchase order. If you are interested in ordering with a purchase order, please submit a credit application. We will contact you once the application is approved.
